Assistant Manager – HR & Admin

Experience: 10–20 Years | CTC: 3–3.5 Lacs P.A.
Location: Patna (Fraser Road Area)

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR, administrative, and operational activities for office and warehouse teams
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate employee records
  • Monitor statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity, and labour regulations
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee discipline, conduct, and workplace issues
  • Oversee administrative systems and external service providers such as security and housekeeping
